Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, there is a one hour rehearsal included with each of our packages. This can be done the day or night before your wedding if the venue is not booked. If we happen to be booked, we will work with you to find a good time.

  • The Sunset Chapel offers a list of "preferred vendors” however, you are welcome to use what vendors you would like excluding our tent vendor. 

  • Each booking will be provided with at least one site manager. Please note this is NOT a day of coordinator or planner. Their role will be to oversee your event, the venue, and be available for questions related to the venue.

  • You will be responsible for removing any personal items you brought in, but we do offer a cleaning included with your rental. If there is damage or excessive cleaning we will add an extra fee to your final invoice.

  • For a standard one day rental, you have access from 8:00am until 12:00am. Guests should depart by 10:30pm. Elopement packages are a 5 hour rental with your time of choosing.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.

  • Our Chapel capacity is 100 guests. If you would like to host a larger wedding, we do have outdoor space for a tent.

  • We have a green area directly across from The Chapel that can accommodate parking.

  • No, but we do require insurance from bar tenders and catering.

  • Yes, there are several accommodations nearby. Please see our “accommodations” tab to view our onsite accommodations. In addition to those, close by is The Indigo Sky Casino, The River bend Casino, and The Shangrila.

  • We have space onsite for a 60x60 tent. However, we have one preferred vendor that you must use, and you may only use this size of tent. We cannot accommodate a larger tent rental.
